CSCS provides affiliation to Indian and international researchers for varying periods of time. In addition CSCS also invites academics to interact with faculty and students and to present their work at the Centre.

POSITION AVAILABLE for Research Associate in Integrated Science Education

The Higher Education Cell, CSCS, is looking for a full time RESEARCH ASSOCIATE for its Integrated Science Education initiative. The applicant should have a Master's Degree (in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biological Sciences, Psychology or Environmental Sciences) and adequate interest in working at the interface of the Natural and Human Sciences. S/he should be under 35 years of age and have good knowledge of computer applications and web technologies. The full time job (40 hours per week) is based in Bangalore but may involve some travel within the country. The applicant would be responsible as the second-in-charge for the management of (a) research projects undertaken; (b) grant monitoring; and (c) courses/talks/workshops organized by the initiative. Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications, and is likely to be in the range of Rs.15-18,000 per month.
