The CSCS Fellowships Programme began in 2002 to make its substantial library and faculty resources available to a range of researchers outside the institution.

Visiting Fellows

CSCS provides affiliation to Indian and international researchers for varying periods of time. In addition CSCS also invites academics to interact with faculty and students and to present their work at the Centre.

Archive

A protected folder including all courseware materials used by CSCS as part of its teaching resources.

This material has been assembled by Centre faculty, and is available only to authorised users for strictly educational usage. It consists of material in text (.pdf and .doc), moving image (.mpeg) and sound (.mp3) formats. Acrobat Reader, Windows Media Player and standard browser softwares are necessary for accessing these resources.

Users are permitted to use the Data on a closed computer network that is connected to the internet or other public access computer network through no more than one computer. Such closed computer network shall not be accessible by persons or other legal entities who are not registered students with CSCS or authorised researchers.

This Data shall be used only for academic, research and other non-commercial purposes and in all circumstances deal fairly with the information comprised in the Data. No part of the Data shall be copied or used without duly and completely acknowledging the source from which such Data was derived as cited in the Website.

Data shall not be used, in entirety or any part thereof in any other compilation of data or in any other database of information without the prior written consent of CSCS. Users shall not make any Data Copies except as may be required for backup or archival purposes. They may make limited Data Copies for the purpose of classroom instruction on the express condition that users retain at all times, complete control over each Data Copy so made. CSCS represents that the presentation of the Data comprising the said material, more particularly the keywording, the creation of the search facility in order to provide easy and meaningful access to the material contained in the Data constitutes the valuable intellectual property of CSCS.

CSCS represents that the items of information, the images, the digital records and other copyright works comprising the data contained in the Data have been extracted from original works for the purpose of private study, research, criticism and review and, in their current form, amount to the fair use of the original works.

Audio Files

This folder consists of various materials in sound: including course lectures, guest lectures, songs and other sound data. Most material is available on .mp3 format and playable on standard playback softwares.

This folder includes various text materials utilised by CSCS faculty for coursework at the Ph.D, M.A. and B.A. levels. Materials are in searchable image formats on .pdf, to be opened on Acrobat Reader, or in .doc format.
